True North is the descendent of several great Worcester area bands consisting of well known local veteran musicians. The band began as the dynamic classic rock band "Rugged Road" who later became "PlayBack".

PlayBack continued to delight audiences in the Worcester area for some years and is currently known as "True North".

These entertaining bands were well known for their faithful and high quality reproductions of a diverse mix of popular tunes.

Most recently True North has joined forces with several other seasoned and super talented local musicians that you may recognize on our Members page.
